Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H9 Digital Camera
I recently bought this camera and i have apprx 168 pictures taken when i decided to view them on my computer. After viewing them, the majority of the pictures cannot be viewed on the camera anymore its just a blank blue screen that reads "file error". have i permantely lost those pictures, or is there a way to still retrieve them somehow. they aren't in the computer, because i only had it in view mode.
Go to walmart or any place that has a kodak/fugi picture maker and enter your sims card into the machine and make yourself a cd quickly beforeyou do something else stupid and lose the pics permantely. You didn't lose them, you lost the ability to view them through your camera only, but they are still on the sims card. When they were viewed on the computer, rotating the pictures changed the format so that the camera can no longer allow you to view the pictures. Suggestion....rotate the pictures on the camera before you view or import on your computer. Another suggestion is read the book that came with the camera and it CLEARLY states that "you cannot view pictures on the camera after they have been processed on a computer".
