Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
You will need to set your television on channel 3 or channel 4 then connect the power adapter into the back of your SEGA and plug it into the wall. Next, plug in the R/F cable into the SEGA and the other end into the back of your television (older televisions have the TV IN and ANTENNA OUT co-axle plugs. If you have a newer television, you will need to use the red, white and yellow RCA plugs and purchase an updated adapter for your Genesis. Now, plug the controller in and insert a game cartridge. There should be two plugs on the back of the sega. One for the power cord, and one for the audio/video cord. The audio/video cord is a coax cord with a little box in line. Hook your cable or antenna cable into the jack on the box and hook the end of the cable from the sega into your tv. There will be a switch on the sega or on the box somewhere that designates channel three or four, this is what channel your tv will need to be on to use the sega.
