You may have a damaged convertor board inside the drive housing.

I would check with My Book and see if they are having any issues with this unit and what they recommend for repair.

Otherwise, an at home fix would be to remove this drive from the external case and put it in another one. OR put it in a computer as an accessory drive!

Memory card error

Hi,

This seems to be a known issue with the Canon camera's to display Memory card error.

Give this a try
1. Remove the card from camera and wait for sometime ( 1-2 minute ) and re-inserting the card.
2. If this does not work, you need a card reader to read/view images on your PC ( since you are not able to access the card in your camera )
3. If you are not able to access/view the images from Card, click on the link below to recover the images from card - Recover images
When you open the webpage, click on the Download Now option to download the software ( it is free )
4. Try this fix to resolve the issue, Sometimes it takes long time for the camera to load the images and it results in memory card error - Click on the link to download the fix - Firmware Update
5. Try using a SD card with less memory like 1 GB card or max 2 GB for better access of card in camera.

Hope this is helpful.

Naxa NX 538 parental reset code

I don't see the model you've listed on their site. I did find a manual for a 536 model here... http://naxaelectronics.com/app/webroot/img/manual/NX-536.pdf

I would guess the operation is the same to fix it. Good luck and leave feedback! Thanks!

First let me explain. Each browser handles scripts (the stuff that make up web pages and stuff) differently. You have Notify Me of Script Errors turned "ON" on your computer, so you will be notified of every error or warning - even if it works fine.

FIX: To fix this, Go to your Control Panel (START > Control Panel) and, in Classic View (you can find that on the left panel), click Internet Options. In the tabs on the top, click "Advanced", and then find the category "Browsing". CHECK "Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer), and "Disable Script Debugging (Other)". UNCHECK "Display a notification about every script error".

Click OK, and then messenger should work fine. If it does it again, restart your computer, then it will work fine.
