Question about JVC LT-40X776 40 in. LCD HDTV
Do you mean no signal strength? Do you have an internal or external aerial antenna? Is the signal split between multiple TVs? You can look at antennaweb.org and tvfool.com for the recommended antenna type and direction and available channels in your area. Antennaweb is very conservative in its advice (and won't list some channels). You should also check that you have no damage to your wiring. Part of my house was wired with twist-on connectors. These have come loose from the wire at the amplifier/splitter that lets us share the signal for two TVs. The crimp-on connectors have been damaged by our pets running through in other locations. Lightning damaged one amplifier/splitter a few months ago.
Indoor antennas are even harder to get a good digital signal.
If you have a satellite dish, that often means the dish isn't aligned correctly.
I hope this helps.
