Here's a link to the manual on Alpine's site...for the info you mentioned you'll probably want to read pages 39 and 40 (as numbered in the Adobe Reader page counter)

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How to turn off demo mode on Sony kdl-40ex523

Make sure the TV is set for home mode. Information for doing this is included on page 11 of the owner's manual. Click here to view or download the owner's manual for the TV. ON the remote control press the up arrow and hold it in. Press the power button on the TV itself twice. Hopefully this will correct the problem.

I just bought this refridgerator which was a floor model. The lights are working but it doesn't seem to be cooling. The display also shows the temperature to be 0 F for both the freezer and...

It's in demo mode which allows the store to have the interior lights and display illuminated without wasting energy on cooling an empty unit.

To switch this off, hold the Energy Saver and Adjust Freezer buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds.

Hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please let me know.

I have somehow changed my timex ear thermometer to celceus and I can't figure out how to change it back to fahrenheit . It's model 80010

According to the Owners Manual, you can change it as follows:

To change the LCD from °C to °F: When the unit is OFF, hold down the "Scan" button, then press
and hold the "ON/MEN" button until the LCD shows '°F', then release the "Scan" button. Use the
same process to change the LCD display from °F to °C.

Also, if you have misplaced your Owners Manual, here is a link to it in pdf format, that you can download and print.

I cant setup my sanyo still on factory mode

Factory mode? sounds wrong!
you might be stuck on "demo" mode! that's not a "factory"! someone pushed "demo" on remote control or at the set. there are few things to get this out: 1. locate "demo" button on remote control, 2. look for the same at the tv's touch pads. 3. have to push combination of buttons on remote or the set, Reffer to owners manual.
good luck.

Annoying Demo - Can it be deleted?

On the 4350, go to "Settings" than "Product Info". Bottom of screen you'll see a black touch box that says "Demo Mode". Hitting the button once, turns it on, hitting the button again will "Deactivate" the demo.

1. Be in Standby mode
2. press Menu
3. Use joystick to up/down through the menu
4. when it shows display mode on, press the joystick in to change it... you might have to hold it in or tap it twice. Mine's touchy, sometimes I have to push it in twice on the menus.
