I bought my pots over 40 years ago with the promise of free handles and lid knobs for life. I need handles for all (or most of my pans) and knobs for my lids. How can I receive them?

If you need the round knob on the lid, you can try http://www.marbeck.com/crock_parts_rival.html
they have a universal knob that fits most oval and round crock pots. I have looked and still can't find handles. Hopes this helps
For what it's worth, when the handle on my mother-in-law's crockpot broke, I went to Home Depot and bought a cheap wooden drawer knob (about $1 as I recall). I put a plastic washer between the knob and the glass and another under the screw head from the bottom (to prevent cracking the lid), tightened the screw and good as new.
Contact manufactuer for a replacement handle. You should find the toll free number (or) website in the users manual. If you no longer have the manual type in www."the manufactuer".com
Your crock pot may still be under warranty (or) they may even send you the handle free of charge, who knows
My knob melted off my crock pot... I was left with a screw and a nut.
I replaced my knob with a knob from another glass cover from a sause pan... works great. (and it's a nicer handle).
you can get a cheep pan with a glass cover from a dollar store or thrift shop.
hope this helps
Rival is distributed thru many stores including "Sears". If you have a large Sears store near you I would go there first. If not try Rival's link:
