you need to loose the phone with a phone screw driver to ascertain the main fault.
The problem might be that the screen is not well connected to the phone's main board, or the screen itself might be bad, or the flex that connects the screen to the main board is weak or faulty etc.
When you get the phone loosed, the main fault will be revealed and a solution can be proffered, thereafter.
If its a screen fault, then you will have no choice than to get another screen.
If you cannot loose the phone or do not have an idea about phone repairs, then maybe you should give it to someone who can.
