Could use some more information, like make, model, operating system (XP, Vista, Windows 7) but try this:
Go into Control Panel-look for Sounds and Audio Devices; open the applet, disable the microphone or any type of audio boost.

Yamaha P-70 digital piano. A few keys are making a loud knocking noise. The note still sounds, but the knocking noise on the few keys can be heard at the other end of the house

There's an extremely comprehensive pair of videos about repairing this problem on YouTube thanks to David Allyn. I have embedded them below, or you can search "P70 Noisy Keyboard Repair".

Hi , I,m Itali , sorry for my English , but I'have a problem with KC-350 ( similar KC-550) The general Gain it's not responding. The output signal is very very low and very noisy. Thank for...

Sounds like you have a poor or open ground if the loud noise is 50 or 60 Hertz. If you have the loud noise when the keyboard not connected then the open ground is in the amp. Often times it is only a cold or bad solder connection which you can touch up with a solder iron and some rosin core solder. If the noise disappears when the keyboard is not connected then I would look at the patch cord first and the connectors second. If you have a second amp you can test to cord and keyboard to verify the problem is the keyboard. If you have to touch up the solder connections, unplug and open up the unit. Make sure all connectors or seated and none of them are loose. Use a grounded three prong solder iron and 60/40 rosin core solder. Heat up connections on the connector and add a small bit of solder to each connection. Next heat up the solder connections on the circuit board and quickly add some solder. Caution, do not apply to much heat on the circuit board or the copper trace will lift off the board so you need to use as little heat as possible just to start the solder to flow then let it cool.

When I type on my keyboard, the pointer skips around. I can be typing on one line and all of a sudden, the typing is in another place.

hello, This happens because you are landing some part your hand (palm) in the touch-pad when you typing. which activates the touch-pad and makes sudden movements in the pointer.
This problems for lot of laptop users, unless you can get use to prevent the hand from touching the touch-pad, the only option is getting a USB keyboard where you can plug in without any drivers and type without any trouble.

Some keys not working. Some keys need excessive pressure to make them register. Most of the keys are very light touch rubbery keys and so a light touch on the faulty keys mean they do not register

It's time to replace the keyboard -- it's much cheaper than taking the keyboard to a qualified technician, to try to get it repaired.

New lenovo N500 laptop keyboard not working just noise

The N500 has a row of touch sensitive buttons above the keyboard, toward the right side of the computer. If you have accidentally press one of those buttons you may have disabled the keyboard, try pressing one of those buttons to activate the keyboard again.

Good luck.

HP Pavilion zd8000 keyboard skips characters

The most common reason that your cursor skips around is that you are touching the touch pad when typing. Some are more sensitive than others. On my Toshiba I had that problem, but it has a Fn key that allows me to turn off the touchpad. Problem went away when I went to a mouse instead.
Had a client with a Dell with the same problem. I had to actually physically disconnect the touchpad and her problem went away.
Now as for the first problem, (the HP), I'd say you have a stuck key on the keyboard. It would make that noise.
