SATA is the hard drive that is installed in the dvd player. Sounds like it has come unplugged. If the player is fairly new and still under warranty I would suggest sending it in for fixing. If it is out of warranty, remove the top and try and fix it yourself. What do you have to lose, I am assuming that it is not working at this momment. Good LUck.

Dvd player will not power on

The power supply regulator board to your player has damaged. There is a protection fuse on the power supply regulator board. Check it first. If found blown, replace an other one of same rating. If the this fuse also blow out, as soon as you switch ON the set, make sure that, the poser board is damaged. It is best to replace it as card basis, rather than trying to make it repaired. In most cases, repaired boards found not last long. Contact the nearest LG service center to buy a new power supply card.

My BD300 which is just over a year old has stopped reading DVDs. It displays 'Reading' then 'Disc Error' and ejects them It still plays Blu ray

Hello
Just reset the player to its original factory settings and try. If the BIOS ic has confused with so many external commands, this type of problem will occur. By reset it to factory settings will clear the BIOS. To reset do the following.

Press and hold the POWER button for more than

five seconds. This will force the Player to power

off. Press the POWER button again to turn the
Player back on.

Unplug the power cord and then plug the power
cord again after more than five seconds
OK.

Lg dvd rw is not reading when a dvd disk is put in do i need lg dvd drivers for that disk is just ejected out all the time ...i am using windows7 (intel core2duo e4500 processor)

Windows loads a generic IDE/SATA driver to all disk players. If its ejecting then u most likely have a bad DVD ROM. I have built many many pc's using LG Roms and never once needed a factory driver running Windows.

My Blu Ray won't play any of my movies. It keeps saying Disc Error, check disc, and it ejects. It even won't play the Lens cleaning CD. What should I do?

i would take it back where you bought it from, if you can. If not I would take the nearest repair shop, it sounds like you need a new head.

BD300 will not play a Blue Ray DVD. Do I have to

If it plays a normal DVD then the answer is maybe. If it played Blu ray before I would try cleaning the eye! If it never played Blu-ray then your unit is bad. Suggest sending it directly back to ther factory!

LG BD300 dvd palyer region free code

To set DVD Region to “0”, download file “6000.zip” (often also called “LG6000.zip”) from here:

http://www.multi-region.net/_media/6000.zip

Save the file and then unzip and extract it to your hard drive.

Now burn the subdirectory RMTM0000 and its contents (not the text file) onto a CD-ROM (ISO format, “closed” CD-ROM).

Insert CD-ROM into the LG BD 370 P player, and when the Region Management System screen is displayed, set the Region Code to “0” using your remote. Once done, press “PAUSE” on you remote to save, and you’re done!
