This happens when you've made any changes in the Software installed in the Computer or to the songs in the Player. This player is only compatible with the songs transferred using the supplied SonicStage Software. If you've tried deleting the songs or trasnferring the songs to the Player without using this Software, the Software database and the Player will mismatch.
Always be sure to transfer/delete the songs to the Player using the supplied Software. Make sure not to edit the Software database also.
I suggest you to format the Player using the Format option in the Player.
HOME>>MENU>>ADVANCE MENU>>INITIALIZE>>FORMAT>>OKOnce formatted, re-transfer all the songs to the Player using the supplied Software. This will resolve the issue.

You can't use Limewire directly to transfer songs to the Nextar. You will need to transfer the songs to the Nextar using Windows Media Player. Limewire puts the songs in a folder called "Limewire Downloads" usually. You will need to open Windows Media Player, run the mouse over the "Library" tab, and select "Add to Library." Once the window pops up you will need to add the folder called "Limewire Downloads" - it may take several minutes, but Windows Media Player is going to add all of those Limewire downloads to its own library. Then, you can use Windows Media Player to transfer the songs to the Nextar.
