In the back of the treadmill you will find two screws allen, if the belt is loose, you should rotate in the direction of clockwise until a point of tension, should not be too tight because it will do is it will break

My belt keep slipping. And I try tighten the ajustment bolts.

Make sure you adjust vthe motor belt first, it may be where the slipping is coming from. You should only be able to twist a properly tightened motor belt 45 degrees. After that, readjust the walk belt. If you have been tightening the walk belt trying to get the slipping out it may be too tight now. Use the instructions in your owners manual to adjust the walk belt. Also, lube under walk belt with the recommended lubrication . That will help the walk belt not too grab and take pressue off of both belts. Good luck

The walking belt needs to be adjusted. It is slid over all of the way to the right side of the treadmill.

Adjust the Allen bolts on both sides of the bottom rear of the treadmill. If that doesn't work, your belt is probably so stretched that you need a new one. You can order one at Treadmill Parts.

My treadmill stops abruply after 20 minutes or so. what can be the problem /

This machine has what they call a thermal switch. It is designed to
shut the machine off if it gets too hot. This heat is caused by
friction. Friction is caused 99% of the time by the walking belt or
the drive belt. If it is the drive belt then it can be solved by
either applying a treadmill lubricant (must be made for treadmill
belts) or by purchasing a new belt. If you feel the underneath side
of the belt and you feel a screen door type feeling you just need
lubricant. If you feel a smooth surface you will probably need a
new belt. If you have lubricated in the past year and your belt has
the screen door feel then take off the motor hood cover and check
the drive belt. If it is worn then you will need to replace that.
You can purchase either of these products from the manufacturer, at a couple of other places that may have them for discounts are,, or

Belt is not the correct speed when you put ypur weight on it...slows down.have to put on 5 to get a 3 walk?

If the walking belt is overtightened, treadmill performance may decrease and the walking belt may become damaged. Remove the key and UNPLUG THE POWER CORD. Using the hex key, turn both idler roller bolts counterclockwise, 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is properly tightened, you should be able to lift each edge of the walking belt 3 to 4 in. (8 to 10 cm) off the walking platform. Be careful to keep the walking belt centered. Then, plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is properly tightened. . If the walking belt still slows then lubricate running deck the lube may be purchased from

My Healthrider 400se Treadmill slows down after 10seconds

Use only a single-outlet surge suppressor that is
UL 1449 listed as a transient voltage surge suppressor
(TVSS). The surge suppressor must have a
UL suppressed voltage rating of 400 volts or less
and a minimum surge dissipation of 450 joules.
The surge suppressor must be electrically rated
for 120 volts AC and 15 amps. There must be a
monitoring light on the surge suppressor to indicate
whether it is functioning properly. Failure to
use a properly functioning surge suppressor could
result in damage to the control system of the
treadmill. If the control system is damaged, the
walking belt may change speed or stop unexpectedly,
which may result in a fall and serious injury.
