An "earth fault" or ground fault is a condition where one of your circuits is grounded or shorted to earth. While all fire alarm systems are normally grounded for circuit board overload protection and personal safety issues, all circuits (bell circuit, smoke detector/heat detector/pull station circuits) should be free of earth grounds. I would suggest if you are not knowledgeable enough to troubleshoot your system you should contact a security/fire alarm installation company to fix the problem. If this is not a viable solution and you want to attempt this on your own try removing each circuit from the panel one at a time. While this will certainly cause additional system troubles, when you remove the circuit causing the earth fault the condition will disappear. You will then need to check all wiring, spice points and devices on that circuit to determine the faulted location.

If you check all of these and you didn't solve the problem there is 2 or 3 zener diode as i remember, in the mother board you have to change them

There should be a ground fault light on the panel. when disconnecting the circuits find out which one removed makes the light go out and mark it . then take a multimetr set to ohms and put the black wire from the meter to somthing metal and the red wire of the meter to the red lead to the circuit. if the meter reads OL or the needle stays to the left your good . if it reads anything or the needle moves then you go to the first device unhook the out going leads and repaet the process until you see an OL. then check the wire looking from puncture spots nicks or open wire grounding to metal. take electrical tape fix it and rehook every thing back up... you should be good to go unless you have multiple grounds which means TIME CONSUMPTION...

How do I install a 220 volt outlet using existing wiring?

I would recommend getting an electrician. If you chose not to any mistakes you make can be a safety hazard and possibly kill somebody.

In this area we are required to use a 4 wire connection; Phase, Phase, Neutral (bare or white in the US), Earth (green in the US). You are missing the Earth connection and will need to run a wire back to your electrical panel and connect to the earth bus. Earth and Neutral are connected together at one point in your home. In older systems the Neutral was used for the earth connection as well, this is dangerous if a fault occurs. The Earth may also be called ground as could the Neutral but they are different even though they are connected connected together at one point in your system. If you have an older electrical system and do not have the appropriate Earth connections I would highly recommend hiring an electrician, electricity can cause fires and kill.

Ground leakage detected device cut the power

Take wires out of plug and the wire from the connecter box of machine. With multi tester test earth to live and earth to neutral. If there is a short circuit it will show on which wire it is. Next disconnect live and neutral wires from motor and run test on all wires. If no short the motor is faulty and test the motor connectors. If the short is not found the motor is not the problem but the control system. Disconnect all wires from controls and test everything isolated and individually.

Should the earth / neutral output of a kubota new boy generator be bonded externally ? It does not appear to be bonded internally as socket tester shows 'no earth', yet RCD does operate on a leakage fault.

You only need to bond it to earth if you are working near water it should have a GFI fault breaker on it, if there is no earth showing check the plug and see if the wire has broken inside the duplex box and if the earth wire has broken off the duplex receptacle. My suggestion is to bond it to a 6 foot grounding rod if in use on the ground and a wet area. And of course following local laws and NEC rules and regulations.

XJR 2004 showing warning on dash engine fault, parking brake fault, DSC not available and no power to engine can not accelrate

That's 3 different ECU's. So look for a common fault. Have you had reason to jump start it before this happened? If the leads were inadvertently put on the wrong way round, this could cause permanent damage to the ECU's. If not, then I would go for an earthing fault. The engine ECU is under the passenger's footwell, trace the black cables to the earthing point, I know the earthing point for the ABS unit is right next to it on top of the chassis rail. Failing any of this, I would then get the fault codes pulled at least for the engine ECU and see what it has to say.
