Two causes I think. 1 Bad soldering joint. 2 Dirt in a switch or volume control or other control that can be moved by hand. The option in this case would be to clean the switch/control etc with Servisol switch cleaner. Just spray it on the contacts or in the control.
I find Servisol Video 40 the best see image below:

Fender passport 150

The steps I would take to check it out are as follows:
1) Make sure that your computer isn't causing the issue - there are a number of software and OS issues that can cause spotty playback (do you have a lot of programs running at the same time? do you never restart your computer? does the cable fit in snug, or does it jiggle?)
2) Replace the cable connecting your computer to the mixer. If the computer is outputting properly, intermittence is almost certainly a cable issue.
3) If that cable doesn't solve it, try replacing the speaker cable. Though, if you're using more than one speaker and they both cut out at the same time, it's unlikely that this is the issue.
4) If you still are having troubles, it's probably a loose connection somewhere in the mixer. Contact Fender about getting it repaired.

My netgear wnr1000v2 router will intermittently not send a signal that can be detacted by my laptop

This usually happens because of interference. I've found the best way to deal with it is to change the channel on the router. Stick with channel 1, 6 or 11. It always works for me. Some months I change the channel once or twice.

Right channel cutting out.

connect right channel speakers to amp left out if the problem fixed you will have a problem in amp itself.
if the problem remained you will have a problem in speaker itself test first with new cable and second with speaker cabinet,

Sounds like you like your music like me... LOUD. If you've done this a number of times, there are a few things that can happen:

1. You've blown the speakers... but you've said it operates for 2 seconds, then cuts out.
2. You've damaged the amplifier modules within the amp and they immediately overheat upon power-up. Does the music come back like 5 or 10 seconds after the unit cuts out?
3. Thermal switch has malfunctioned and just cuts off the power to the amplifier modules as soon as it sees any heat.
4. If you've gotten the amp really HOT during playing, it's possible that it's as simple as the amp modules are only intermittently connected (fatigued/stressed or cold solder joints) at the on the PCB. Just resolder the connections of the amp module to the PCB. I've seen that happen numerous times and that's where I'd place my money.
