Question about Brother MFC-440CN InkJet Printer
My printer Brother MFC-420CN keeps showing the message, "Unable to Print," after it completes the start-up cycle. I'm able to use the Scan and Copy functions from the printer, and have whatever I scan or copy from this printer, printed out immediately on another printer connected to my computer. But I still can not print anything on my MFC-420CN. I went online and found a free service manual for the model MFC58 and learned how to put the printer on maintenance mode. I was able to get an error code, but since the manual is for the model MFC580 I was not able to learn the meaning of the code. The error code is 5A. Please any assistance with this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I ham getting an "unable to print" message whenever I try to do anything, even turn the printer on. Prior to this there was a paper jam. What do I do?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
