Question about Fisher Paykel EcoSmart GWL15
The washer washes but wont spin out the water, I have tried unplugging the machine to reset but it does the same thing will wash but when it comes to drain the water out & spin it wont, so now it is sitting there full of water, I have removed all the clothes and check the hose that fits in the wall pipes(drain) and nothing is plugged I can blow air into it, and it bubbles in the tub filled with water??? What do I do, can you help? Any suggestions?
Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter
is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind.
Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too
deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.
Rate me pl.....if helped. Click on 'thanks for trying' if not helped, your prob will be back for someone else to solve.

I gave both solutions a fix-ya because the hose from the pump to the diverter was totally clogged with dirt. It was easy to remove the hose and clean and within ten minutes it was like we have a new washer(Fisher & Paykel GWL15). Thanks to both of you!

The diverter valve is probably broken, check under the machine, follow the black hose from the pump to the diverter valve, check the elbow on the end of the wax motor to see if its broken, if it is replace the diverter, no tools required.

I had a similar problem. Decided to try to check pump and outlet hose, but could not work out how to do it from these posts. The "Inspection Hatch" is almost useless - yes I can see the Water Pump, but that's about it. The hose runs out the back of the water pump then up to where it exits the machine housing (back top left corner). I managed to find a Service Manual online (http://www.angelsnz.net/ZL3SV/misc/F&P%20Service%20manual%20517735.pdf) and used this to complete the job. Machine back together, but it was a BIG job - Lid & machine top off, Manually empty water, Inner bowl out (really difficult since machine 20yo & drive spline did NOT want to come off - or go back on)...finally inspect top of pump. Very difficult to get to hose without upending machine! So I rigged up a hose and blasted water through the outlet near the pump in the bottom of the outer wash bowl.
This job was fiddly and took hours, but very do-able if you can read a manual, use a screw driver and have some trouble-shooting & problem-solving skills. Very satisfying when the machine 1. Still worked! 2. Emties water.

I had the same problem...pulled pump and discovered a plastic collar insert from one of my dress shirts was lodged in the pump.

It sounds like you have a leaky inlet valve assembly. The part number is 421029P and is easy to replace. You can get one here:

The REGULAR CYCLE button turns the drain pump on or off. The REGULAR LED will turn
on when the pump is on. This feature can be used to drain the tub. You could get a bucket and lay the hose on the fllor. Gravity will drain it down.
