Question about Polaroid T737 Digital Camera
Bought Polaroid t737 brand new, just opened today, flash does not work! Unbelievable! Website gives me number, not info, and number tells me my warranty isn't good! Why isn't it????? His "supervisor said so?" What!?!?!?!Customer service rep was rude and basically told me it was my problem. How can I fix this? What's wrong with it? Ugggg!
*The place I bought it from on-line is willing to replace the camera. Now I just have to mail it in, wait for it to get there, and then wait for my replacement....which still really sucks. BUT they're gonna replace it so what can I say? Polaroid customer service still sucks. They were rude and non productive! And according to the company I bought it from, it most certainly has a warranty, so this time around they are mailing (instead of just e-mailing it) me a bill of sale to.
