No I did not solve this problem and I will not pay to learn how to program something I have just bought. I will never buy another product from this manufacturer.

I do not know how to set it. i have lost the instructions for a 111woods model tn300

Woods timers sometimes have more than one number for same timer.
This is true for most brands of timer.
Companies change model numbers and add new model numbers.

Intermatic makes two different analog timers with 111 model number. TN111 and HB111.
Grasslin has older electronic timer Tactic 111
Timex sells TE111 timer.

Open following link to identify TN300 analog timer and read instructions and download possible manual:
If TN300 is not same as your timer, view images on link and then add a comment for possible help with different timer.

The manual is available on the Canon website at: http://gdlp01.c-wss.com/gds/6/0400000016/01/PSA590IS_CUG_EN.pdf

You can find instructions on how to set the timer on page 64 of the .pdf (62 in the print version). On page 65, you will find instructions on how to set up multiple shots.

Hope this helps.

I have an ET104CP and cannot read the instructions, therefore I need an instruction manual or the step to program one-(1) event both on and off.

Thank you for including model number of product.

-One confusing part of ET104CP 24-hour timer is that event1 is ON and event2 is OFF and event3 is ON, and event4 is OFF etc.
-Another confusing part is that on-line manual says: "Refer to programming instructions on time switch door."
-So if timer door has gotten wet or paper has aged, then key instructions are missing unless you have new timer in front of you.
-Last confusing part can be selector switches.
To program timer, selectors are set to Manual and RUN
To operate timer programs, selectors are set to AUTO and RUN

1) Manual for product appears below:
http://www.intermatic.com/~/media/files/intermatic/products/instructions/timers/et104c%20-%20english.ashx

2) According to manual, you put timer in Manual and RUN and then press and hold reset button, and then event1 will display.
Guessing at this point, press hour and minute button to set event1 ON
Press event button again to display event2, and then press hour and minute
Make sure events do not conflict with each other or timer will not operate

3) If instructions in #2 above are not correct, then add a comment and write out what is printed on your timer door, I can work alongside you to help decipher

4) If timer instructions on door panel have gotten wet and are unreadable, then contact Intermatic directly.

Also take advantage of fixya phone service.
For a price, expert speaks with you over phone while you work on timer or any do-it-yourself project.
Fixya is always less expensive than a service call.

As to 0912773: the manual leaves out many things that one has to know in order to set and use the switch. As it is, the switch doesn't work at all, except as an ordinary manual on/off switch. $25 and...

Tiny print on the instructions is enough to aggravate ya fierce.

You are replacing switch that has 2 wires with a timer that has 4 wires.

1) 5 minutes to Test wires: If your switch has 3 wires, then you have wrong timer. You need Intermatic ST01C or EJ500C. If your switch has 2 wires, then continue: Disconnect both wires from existing switch. Pull them out where you can test with ordinary tester. Power is on. Test each wire from switch to bare copper wire. When test light comes on, that is the hot wire and it is probably Black.

2) 3 minutes to connect wires:
Timer black wire goes to hot wire which is probably black
Timer red (or blue) wire goes to other wire that was connected to switch
Timer white wire connects with other white wires that are held together with a wire nut and pushed to back of box. [If box does not contain other wires, connect Timer white wire to bare ground wire.]
Timer green wire connects to bare ground wire

3) 5 more hours to program timer
Tiny print shows 5 steps for programming timer. Write the steps out so you can see them clearly. Drink a glass of water. And pull a chair in front of timer to set 7 on and 7 off programs. It will work fine.

I have a utilitech 0192773 self adjusting timer that will not program. Only works with manual on / off switch. How do you adjust to dusk to dawn

Do not go to Utilitech.com; it's a different company. It's actually at place called TheNCC and is in tiny, tiny print at the bottom of the instructions.

Instead, go to:
http://thencc.com/ncc/support_results.asp?criteria=192773&Submit=Go&SearchRun=RunGo

You should find a PDF for the product and then zoom in to be able to read the instructions. I was not able to read instructions that came in packaging.
