Question about Microsoft Zune JS8-00001 Digital Media Player
I will click shuffle song and it will take about 20 seconds or more to shuffle them then when i play a song and after about 30 secound my whole zune will freeze. i tryed rebooting it but it still keeps freezing... even my videos will freeze after about a minute or so. and help
JUST HOLD THE BACK BUTTON AND THE UP BUTTON FOR 30 SEC. AND YOU WILL BE GOOD DON'T WORRY PEOPLE.... ALSO WHEN I FREZZE ALOT THAT MEANS YOU DATA ON THE ZUNE IS COUPPORTED AND YOU WILL NEED TO RESET THE WHOLE DEVICE OK.

It's a glitch with Microsoft. All 30 gig units are affected. It's a leap year and the extra day threw the software. Let it discharge overnight and plug into your computer in the morning to load. Microsoft is supposed to have a fix.

When it freezes up you just wait until it goes dead and then plug it back up to charge and it should be back straight

See if it needs an update first.....and then hold the back button and the top button until it resets.

When picture freeze, press the back and up keys same time will work and unfreeze it. However, it's also the master clear feature...I think. Because I did it for my co-worker, it works but also the 60gb of his music and video in the memory gone away.

Reset your zune when its plugged into the CPU i have the same problem its been working fine lately

if registered , enter ur serial numnber of your device,
click next. it will show that ur device is in warranty or not,
if it is in warranty, then click on request a repair (link) and enter your problem
they will send u a box on ur address , pack your zune in that box , and you will recieve a brand new zune.
i recieved a new zune 80 gb against zune 30 gb as my zune 30 gb was not supporting firmware 3.1
