Every thing is made to come apart, look for any screws , if no screws then it doesnt come apart.

Pump runs I don't draw water

is this a submursible pump that is deep under ground, or is it a jet pump in your basement. could have a bad impeller, lost prime, bad check valve. if its deep under ground and your sure its running if you have a spec sheet on the motor you can check amp draw to see if your getting the FLA range need a amp meter to do this. to see if its pumping sometimes there is a spline seperating the pump from the motor and they can go bad and the motor can still run.

Trying to replace motor cant figure out how to remove impeller,

Might be a screw in middle of impeller with reverse thread. If so, remove. Remove back cover of motor, hold center shaft with wrench and unscrew impeller from shaft.

Windscren washer not working on my peugot207cc

Check the fuse for windscreen washer.
If you can hear the washer motor running but no water comes out then check the washer motor under the side wing cover.
Pull the rubber pipe from motor and then let the washer run to check wheather water will be pumped or not.
If yes the problem is on the side of rubber-pipe to spray-jets on bonet (may be spray jets need some cleaning).
If not then then the problem is in washer pump. The dirt that reside during the time inside washer pump (the plastic pump attached to the washer motor) causing the problem.
Pull out the whole pump motor from tank and disassemble the pump to clean the free moveable conical metal rod and rubber washers (takes about 1.5 hours for cleaning). If you don't want to do it then convenient is to buy another washer (set of motor+pump).

I have a91 xr250l w/ a pumper carb. Will not start.

It's a '91 model. When is the last time you had the carb cleaned out? Sounds like you've got a stopped up low speed jet. The hole in that jet is less than 0.020" in diameter. Doesn't take much to obstruct that. Do you run a fuel filter in your fuel line? I'd pull the carb and take the float bowl off. You'll see a large jet directly in the middle of the carb. Just off to the side, you should see another small jet. This is the low speed jet. Take it out and clean the jet using aerosol carb cleaner. Do not stick any wire or anything through the jet. You should be able to hold it up the the light see through it. Set you idle mixture screw at one turn off the bottom to begin with. Once you get the engine running and warmed up, adjust for highest smoothest idle speed. Good Luck

Snowmobile carb. problem

I would say no. Carburetors can be tricky. They might need a good cleaning. Jets might be dirty. Check the fuel filter aswell.

First of all-Check ALL of your Fuses. Inside the Reservoir there is a Small Pump. This is the Pump that you need to replace if no Fuses are Blown.
