It is very possible that the oven ignitor is getting weak and not pulling the required amount of amps/current through it any longer to allow the gas safety valve to open completely/properly.
You will need to find someone with an amp probe of some kind and verify that you have between 3.3-3.6 amps thru the ignitor circuit. If it is below that threshold replace the ignitor. If it is within that range or above replace the gas safety valve..
best of luck, have fun,

Sorry to read about your problem, I hope this helps you out.

the ignitor was never the issue, you have a defective gas control valve, or the flame on sensor is defective. if your first problem was takes forever to heat up...but sounds like another issue came up with the 5 sec thing...

Right front burner ignites normally then suddenly goes to very low flame. i remove the disk on it and run a fine wire through the hole where gas comes out. the flame is normal fora few minutes then shrinks...

The jet you were cleaning with the wire is not the problem here - if it would have been clogged by dirt the flame would have been low always.
This gas range has a flameout protection - a bimetal sensor that should cut off the gas when the flame extinguishes. In your case the sensor on that burner is malfunctioning - when it heats up it cuts off the gas instead of opening the control valve. You will have to replace it . For that i strongly advice you to call a certified repairman - it's a complex job on which you cannot allow leaks.

My bake burner on my Maytag gas oven is weak, takes forever to pre-heat/cook. Flames are there but low.

Probably need to replace the igniter. Swap the broil and bake igniters and see if the problem follows the igniter. I just had this happen to mine. Glow bar/igniter appeared to be working properly but was weak causing the regulator valve circuit to keep the flames very low. Swapped ingiters as instructed and problem went with the bad igniter to the broil/top burner.

Oven burner seems to have low flame

Check voltage to gas valve in the back of the boiler compartment. It is way in the back on the left hand side, turn on the top burners. If you do not get any volts or only 1 to 5 volts you will need to replace, It is supposed to have 24 volts to operate correctly

Rangemaster 110 grill flame.

to find out if the regulator is good or bad, turn any of the burners that do not have the problem, one at a time but take a close look at the flame and see if the flame goes lower and lower as you turn a second burner and a third and the fourth one, if the flame goes lower and lower the regulator is bad. but if the problem is with just the grill one , it has to much air, you can turned down the air where the burner meets the valve that supplies gas to it the burner has a vent, it needs to be close a little bit, you can close it little by little and testing the burner on the on position until the splutter goes away.

It take a long time for my gas range to pre-heat

the oven flame seems to be to low, that flame most be at least 2 inches long. not counting the sides of flame from one side of the burner to the other, but from where the flame begins at the metal of the burner.

Gas range top burners too hot

Get the installation manual for your range, and find the part on adjusting the low heat for the burners. On my Whirlpool, I found there is an adjustment screw inside the control knob shaft of each burner. The manual says turn the burner on low, remove the knob, then turn this screw until the flames are 1/4" high. Super-easy, it took me 5 minutes to do. I am sure all ranges have similar adjustments, might be in different locations - check the manual.

it appears that the air intake intake is incorrectly set or you have the incorrect gas jets fitted to the product. Regards Engineer
