Question about HP f1905 19" Flat Panel LCD Monitor
There is most likely no inexpensive fix for your monitor. The most likely failure is in the high voltage circuit board inside the monitor, and though it could be repaired, it is usually cheaper to buy a new monitor than pay to fix yours, since new ones are around a $100 or so.
