Saeco Odea Go - Hot water leaks from bottom of machine

It grinds the coffee and then hot water (not coffee) leaks from the bottom of the machine and that's that! In other words, the ground coffee and water don't get mixed, and no coffee comes out of the dispensing head (even though the steam spout seems to work to some extent -- some water still leaks from bottom when testing the steam spout alone).

That's leaking from the hoses coming out from the boiler,if the machine is new it should be still under warranty, may have to take it back to the service center. When making coffee the lines are under pressure and the water never have a chance to pass through the ground coffee.

Did t=you check if the valve that goes to the brew group is broken and lose??
also when you try to make a coffee the water comes out from the steam want? if so. is a leak in the steam valve that all the pression comes aout from there and no pressure goes to the brew group.

What would cause the machine to grind the beans but not produce any coffee despite the water tank being full?

Your grinder setting might be too fine. Only adjust while the grinder is grinding -- set to a coarser grind. Have you tried the preground coffee dispenser? Again, use coarser ground coffee in case the sieve is getting clogged.

fill the tank with detergent and let the hot water run for about 15 seconds. Then turn off the machine for about 15 minutes. Then turn the machine back and let the hot water. Then rinse the water tank and fill it with clean water. Run hot water again to empty the tank. Fill clean water again and then you can put down coffee :)

it is also possible that the leak came from the pump as well most likely your lines are also clogged up with fine ground coffee past the brewer which stops the water from flowing and causes excess pressure which eventually either busts a water line or makes the pump push the water out past the caseing of the machine. Very time consuming finding the leak as well as replaceing the parts that are broken. If you have any further questions message me back. Thanks
Rick
p.s just curious because i ask all customers dealing with coffee and expressor machines what was the grind set to when you ground your coffee?

When my Keurig one cup dispenses the hot water onto the filter the water goes everywhere (making a mess) but not through the coffee filter & grounds.

Possible clogged water output house. Question? Is the water going on the filter then overflowing? If so, the grind of the coffee might be to fine. Might have to have the grounds a little courser. To test put no coffee in and if flows through ok, then coffee is ground to fine, then just need to have it ground a little courser. Thanks, mike

I have a Saeco Odea Go and my puck in the dreg drawer are really wet and I have water leaking (brown so with coffee) under the dreg drawer. how I can fix it ?

I recently had this problem. I throughly cleaned and lubricated the brew group as directed by the manual. Apparently if the brew group doesn't move smoothly enough it won't grind the correct amount of beans. Try lubricating and then brewing 2-3 cups to have the machine recalibrate the grind amount.
