There had been installation disc or recovery cd that comes with the computer as you purchased it . Used those cd to recover your system by disconnecting all the external devices in your system , then restart system then follow the instruction how to boot from cd. Then insert the installation disc into your system , caution these might lead to data lost if you haven't back-up your files so try to back-it up first if you can still access Safe Mode.

I bought an ipad air 2 i think it is for my daughter and te guy left the activaton password on it ive been trying to contact him for 3 weeks and hhe will not answer is their a way to get past this

It sounds like it may be stolen? There is no activation password on an iPad.

When you get it, it should be at a Factory Reset state and you enter your own details.

You need to go to a computer and download iTunes. Set up an Apple ID and password. You will need credit card details for this as it gives access to the App Store and iTunes itself. Most apps are free.

Connect the iPad to the computer and tell it to Factory Reset the iPad. It will remove everything on it and put it as a new unit. Work through the wizard putting your own information in and you will be fine. Write down your Apple ID, you PAssowrd and your Lock Code if you set one.

Need to put back to factory seems to have a password that is stopping this

That password is the iTunes Apple ID making sure that you are the owner of the phone. When you get an iPhone you set up an iTunes account with credit card details so you can buy apps and music.

Also so going back to Factory Settings is done from ITunes program on the computer.

Hello i ordered my nephew 2 x pairs of jeans from ebay about 3 weeks ago + the money hasn't been taken out of my bank yet after me giving over my bank details,"PLEASE HELP"

You should use paypal rather than giving your bank details or credit card details to a seller on ebay. Go to Ebay click on the link my ebay near right hand top side of screen. Log in and check the order status. You may need to contact the seller and ask if they sent the item or overlooked your order. When you log into my ebay you should be able to message the seller if the order is displayed on the Ebay system. I had a similar situation with a laptop I purchased via a laptop sellers website. I contacted them asking where my laptop was and it turned out they missed my purchase order completely.

I made a mistake w/credit card for wrong purchace

I'm assuming you mean that you misentered your credit card information when you went to checkout on an online retailer's website? If so, I recommend contacting the company you ordered from to give them your correct credit card details. The order will probably be canceled otherwise or the credit card will essentially be 'declined' and no purchase will go through.

I seem to have a virus. i get a critical error message, all my files, pictures, documents have vanished, the programs are still there but not listed, only if i search for them. im unwilling to put my...

This is the virus trying to steal your credit card information. if you have already done so i suggest that you cancel that card immediately.
to get rid of this virus you will need a decent antivirus but im guessing that the computer is already seriously infected and will only let you use internet explorer.
if you have another computer available go to and download avast antivirus or anything similar. transfer this onto a data stick and then try and install it on the infected pc. when installed avast will ask to reboot and run a system check up for viruses installed in the start up menu. continue to do this. it may take a while, depending on how badly affected your computer is.
hope this helps but remember do not give credit card details or any other personal information.
