Question about Ovens
I used my blanco (basically brand new) wall oven tonight to keep some meat warm and when I took it out there was white powdery stuff all over the inside of the oven. It now won't heat up, although the grill element is working. Is it the oven element or bigger problems? Thanks.
It sounds like the oven element has blown.
The powdery stuff you refer to is the insulation of the element that has blown out.
You will have to fit a new element.
