Why are my prints only printing the reds and blues in photos?

Please next time put the question in the correct category. I still will try to help you.
If your printer does not tell you any cartridge is empty, and it still does not use that colour it could be the nozzles of one cartridge are blocked. Check this by printing a test page, as told in the user manual. Sometimes called an alignment print.
Then check if all colours appear correct. Looks like yellow is not working correct.

The blue color is not printing correctly. It comes out sort of pink and greens are yellow. I have a new balck drum. I have put in a new blue toner cartridge. I have tried adjusting color saturation. ...

create a doccument with four identical lines of text.
the text should be as follows:
your text in the colour Black, the cyan, then yellow then magentta
see if they print in the colours you used, if they are all wrong then delete all drivers associated with the printer and delete the printer, then follow the install proceedure again to reinstall, if just one colour is wrong the it is most likely a deffective cartridge.

Have you any applications like deep freeze installed on your computer machine? If so uninstall it restart your computer and try to print again. The fact is some programs cause colour malfunction in the computer. The similar scenario I encountered, I had to format the system for the colours to print correctly again. But i have seen where deep freeze cause similar issues before.

Good luck & God bless!

Why doesn't my A920 injet print colors properly--green comes out pink, and I still have half the ink left in my color cartridge.

1) Could be your printer settings, check out your printer preferences to make sure your not printing a negative or make sure you colour corrections is enabled.

2) If the colour cartridge is a 3 in 1, just one of the colours may have run out. Giving a distorted picture. That means a new cartridge. The best way to check that is to go to your printer tool box and print out a test sheet. There should be 3 colours (Magenta, Yellow and Blue) and Black. If one's missing, the cartridge is out one colour.

COLOURS PRINTED DO NOT MATCH SCREEN COLOURS OF ITEMS

I would try cleaning off the nozles on your print cartridges. If that doesn't help, replace them altogether.

Prints all yellow, with some blue and black, no brown

the problem is very simple the magenta ink the cartridge is over or the head is been blocked from where the magenta ink comes out,
because red colour requires ---yellow plus magenta(pink)----to make it red.and ----dark yellow plus magenta(pink) -------- for brown colour.
