Question about Cell Phones
The voice mail system isn't on the phone, it's provided by your cell phone carrier (e.g. Vodaphone, Orange, Verizon, etc)
If you're in the US, you can typically contact your carrier by dialing 611 from the phone. They'll ask some questions to confirm that you're really the person paying for the phone, and then they can reset the password for you. For most carriers, you can also log in to your account on your carrier's web site and reset your voice mail password online.
