I am trying to make

I am trying to make internet connection using a Palm Tungsten E2 with Bluetooth already on the Palm, and without any Bluetooth Adapter connected to my laptop. My operating system is a Dell Laptop with Windows XP Service Pack 2, and with WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software 5.0.1.2609. I have also established a Local Area Connection 2 on the laptop, which is enabled before attempting connection. A LAN Setup from the Palm has been completed, as well.
A connection to the computer can be established whenever I launch the connection. It goes through the initialization process, asks for Bluetooth authorization from the laptop, responds with OK, and the ?Signing On? message is received, followed by the connection ?Established? message.
However, whenever Blazer 4.0 is launched from the Palm to connect to mobile.palmone.com, I receive an error message stating: ?The page you requested cannot be displayed. The web site you are trying to access may temporarily unavailable or the URL you entered cannot be resolved. Please check that you correctly entered or try again later?. I?ve tried several different URLs (web site addresses) but receive the same error from Blazer 4.0.
I also have tried adding IP addresses to the Palm setup and Local Area Connection 2 but receive same error.
I have had several computer and networking people look at my problem with no success. I've also worked Palm Support but they say my problem is with my internet carrier.
