Question about Panasonic DP-8016P Copier
Ok. somewhat i know what is goin on. it seems that you are using the cd as the source of your driver and you are doing it manually installation (add printer detection) right?
here are your options:
1. do not connect yet the usb cable yet. Launch the cd autoplay then choose usb printer installation. do not connect the usb cable until the installers ask you to connect it. then those 'found new hardware' will appear. just ignore it, dont press any keys or mouse click just wait because it will automatically close by the panasonic installer. wait until the wizard finish. that's it.
you can dowload the printer driver and do the 'add printer detection process.: panasonic.net/pcc/support/mfp/dp-8020/gdi/download.html
click english except usa
click the link for your OS.
extract the downloaded file. that's it
...if this still doesn't work just inform me. then i'll be the one to intall your printer. :)
