Windows vista My built-in monitor does not sound, I tested w other CPU and it sound

You have to plug the speakers into the computer to get sound out of them. The CPU has nothing to do with the speakers, Also your monitor does not have inbuilt speakers(according to the manufacturers website.)

Shut down during boot

Sounds like a cpu overheat situation. Check the cpu temps in the bios and compare the temps with the maximum operating temp of your particular cpu. It might need better/or/new cpu thermal paste applied to your cpu, and also check that your cpu fan is running and locked down tight (and not loose)

I'm hearing some unwanted sound after I turned-on my acer netbook. Also the monitor is keeping on blinking when the sound comes out. It's like a sound of a small blower or a small dynamo. I'm afraid that...

Hello

OK, now, the only components in your computer which actually rotates which can explain the the sound you are hearing is either the CPU fan or the CD/DVD rom or the Hard Drive.

You can test if it is the CD/DVD rom by opening your CD/DVD rom while starting the computer up. If the sound persists, it is most probably your CPU fan.

The reason for your CPU fan to rotate at high speeds is most likely the result of the CPU itself not getting the sufficient cooling, hence the fan needs to rotate faster.

I would suggest that you have a look into the matter if it is your CPU fan, because this might cause your CPU to become faulty when it overheats. You can open up the unit and use some compressed air to get rid of all the unwanted dust particles on the CPU heat sink and fan.

Fell free to let me know if you need any further assistance.

Kind regards
Andrea

Beep sound when swith on

good day,

a beep from your cpu system means that there is an error. and since there is a "cpu overheat" error, it could mean that your cpu cooling system (or its fan) is not working.

the shutdown is a defense mechanism of your cpu in order for your cpu not to self distract.

have the cooling system replaced as soon as possible to avoid further damage.

i hope this will help

Want to know applications of DMA in real time

Good Morning
IT it a little "brige" to some sound aplications or routing signal to Printers or Sound Cards, but not for Network. Not good sometimes for Sound Cards, but you can play sometimes with settings and see what happend, you always can go back the DMA at previuos state, or simple, disable.

ABIT-BL7 make sound

For reference, specifically, this would be indicative of an alarm on the motherboard. The only typical alarm of this nature would be an overtemperature alarm, either for chassis or (more typically) CPU temperature. In this case, it sounds like the CPU fan was failing, causing the CPU to overheat; once the threshhold temperature was reached (BIOS configurable), the alarm sounded. Remember, boys and girls, if your computer is making a sound like an ambulance, there's probably something bad going on.
