A Video Conversion Software mini disc should have come with the player for you to download and convert your video files.

Video files need to be converted into the correct format in order to work on the player. This Nextar uses the AVI format for video and you will need to ensure that you have converted your files into this format.

Are you sure they support those formats? Because alot of the cheaper mp3 devices usually support .mtv files which is a cheap chinese format.
