the copier says to change the used toner i did and the error still comes up after i turn the copier off and wait 1 min i am a x copier repair man and i still having problems

GuruYou need to reset the bottle code. Clear/modes, 1,0,7, press and hold clear button. enter copy sp. select drum(#2) scroll to 2972, enter 0 and press # key. Do the same for 2973. exit all the way out, and recycle power.
