What you do is install a split breaker and bust the tab between the receptacles like they do in the kitchen for dishwashers and disposals.

I have a Ntl 1094 Track C 1900 and the problem i have is ; the drive motor for the belt trips a breaker in the house breaker box. The belt will start and run for approx 5 seconds and the the breaker...

first check and see what the circuit is rated at. it you have too many thing on that circuit(light,tv,etc) this will trip your breaker because of the amp draw of the treadmill. nordictrack recommends a dedicated circuit of 20amp. you may nned to have a circuit put in with 12/2 wire

Dedicated 20 amp outlet

Ideally you should run the line straight from the circuit breaker out to your hot tub, but if the line running from your circuit breaker to the box you're using now is 20amp. you can absolutely connected to that. to be up to code it cannot be an open box it needs to be closed After you wire in your 70ft connection. (that's assuming the box that you're using is dedicated already to your hot tub) then the only difference would be is your using extra line and costing you tenths of a penny extra and electricity per hour.

My welder only welds for about 2 seconds then trips house breaker. i have a good dedicated 20amp breaker for the welder. what could cause this? the welder breaker in back of machine does not trip.

Is enough for this machine, but probably is not a fuse dedicate it just for this end side.
If you can turn all lights off and other items that might be in use with the fuse. If you can't then upgrade the fuse to a 30amp.

Should microwave 1.58 kw be on sperate circuit

The answer is yes. All appliances in your kitchen should have a dedicated breaker.
Microwaves draw a high number of "amps" when starting. Most new microwaves have a 20amp fuse internally, yet the household circuit breaker should be 15 amps.
I'd suggest hiring a licensed electrician to be sure the hookup is to code for your area.

LG Washer trips dedicated breaker

That to me seems like an electrical problem. Every now and again you can get a bad GFCI receptacle that will constantly keep tripping. I would also see that the GFCI is properly sized for the circuit. It needs to be a 20 AMP circuit (just dedicated to the washer) and a 20AMP GFCI receptacle. The way to tell is the 1 of the three prongs of the 20AMP GFCI will be in the shape of a "T" while a 15 AMP will have 2 straight prongs and the ground prong. Hope this ws helpful, don't go spilling any money into your washer without getting that fixed first, because it doesn't seem like a washer problem.

We moved the washer to a different room. When we

Was the place where it was the original laundry room. If so outlet was probably a dedicated line not hook to any other outlets. Now you moved and plugged into outlet that is not dedicated other items are probably being used on same circuit or breaker is to small, should be 20amp.
