Question about MagLite Flashlight Type: Black D Cell 5: 5
I have a five D cell Maglite. Seems to always drain batteries (I converted it to a LED, when the bulbs first came out). Anyway, I thought that I would try to change the bulb back to incandescent. It came on & immediately blew the bulb out. Help.
There are diffferent mag lite bulbs made for different amounts of batteries. Be sure that you have the 5 cell light bulb. Also try to keep your fingers off the glass. if you get any oils on it, wipe it off before turning it on.
Also you can get mag lite specific bulbs...they cost more but they're worth it.
