This is issue with your graphic driver screen resolution or your graphic driver need to reinstall.
For that first when you power up the computer press F8 key then if you are able to see "safe mode" and other menu then then enter in "Enable vga mode" then go to start menu ->control panel->display ->settings then change screen resolution to 1024*768 then apply and ok.
But if you are unable to see any display when you hold F8 then connect your cpu to another monitor then uninstall graphic dreiver then reinstall.
When you power up the computer press hold F8 key for 5 times.
