Either the group gasket needs to be replaced or there is a crack in the filter basket.

Coffe does not come out, it starts sounding that it will then it stops

If you remove the porta filter, will water come out when you turn on the pump? If so, your porta filter is clogged and soaking it in white venigar will unclog it. To keep it from clogging, after each use, put it back on the machine and run hot water thru it until the water runs clear. (Remove grounds first)
Does water come out the steam wand?
When was the last time you ran a cleaner thru it? The Saeco de scaler cleaner is designed specifically for your machine. Purchase from Amazon for about $10.00 and use every six months.
if it still won't work, melt me know.

One question: have you tried the machine without the porta-filter attached? If it works through an entire cycle without the porta-filter attached, then the porta-filter is clogged. I've lost that special little tool to poke into the hole on the porta-filter, but a fine-tipped needle works just as well. Other pins that I've tried are too thick. Sometimes there's a piece of coffee that has made it through the top part of the filter gets stuck at the single hole that is the exit. Find an appropriate pin and poke around with it, then run WATER only through the filter. If it makes it through a cycle, you've fixed it. This clogging can happen very frequently with too finely ground coffee.

If however, your machine stops and beeps without a filter attached, then there's something restricting the flow inside the machine and your only alternative is vinegar, or similar decalcifier.

Good luck!

I don't know much about this unit, but there might be a rubber seal in head where the porta filter locks in to. It is possible that this seal is either damaged or just corrupted with grounds. Try cleaning it out and or checking the seal for damage.

Water is dripping out the side of the porta filter

You will have to replace the group gasket, you can also try using a group brush to clean any coffee grounds up there, but you will most likely have to replace the group gasket.

No pressure from porta filter.

I have one of these - Mine has been nothing but a pain in the bum!
Like an old girl friend of mine - All looks and no Action!
I guess that MAYBE your coffee is ground too fine, and is tamped down too firmly - try a coarser grind, or dont tamp the fine grinds to hard. PS: I am not an expert - just another owner
