- I also have same product with same problem.When I called tech support they were NO help.As a matter of fact...they gave me 3 different contact nums for panasonic and not a one even tried to help.I have found nothing online either.I am desperate!This is my 12 year olds stereo,ans I sure can't afford to buy a new one.
