Question about KitchenAid KSM150PS Artisan Series Stand Mixer
How? I've misplaced my manual and can't figure out how to detach the blade.
Im sorry if this doesn't help (if it does please rate :D), but my mother used to have an older one and the way hers came off was by holding the dough hook tightly while pushing it straight up(wich in turn is pushing the dough hook into the machine head itself) while pushing the hook up give it a ( I believe clockwise) turn and let it slide off, don't drop it lol.
Hope this helped you!
Ps there is the lever on the side that once slid, releases the 'head' of the mixer, so you can tilt it back first, this should make it easies even.
