Many Apple stores will fix this for free in-store, even if your phone is no longer under warranty.

You can still push it up or down with a thin stick. we actually have the same situation and I don't want to take it to someone for repairs coz it's gonna cost me around $50..

Ringtone to be set in iPhone

Ringtones can be set for the whole phone in Settings-->Sounds-->Ringtone.

You can set a ringtone for each of your contacts by editing the contact in the Phone app or the Contacts app. When you touch the "Edit" button when viewing any individual contact, you can assign a specific ringtone and vibration, and text tone and vibration, to that contact.

My iPhone 5c won't ring

Does the phone plays music without any problem? If you play music to hear it on the loud speaker, and there is no sound, then you probably have a hardware failure, (bad speaker). But if you get to listen to the music, then try this next steps to see if it can be fix.
  • From the iPhone's home screen, tap the Settings app.
  • In Settings, tap Sounds in the third group of options.
  • In Sounds, swipe down to the Sounds and Vibration Patterns section. In that section, look forRingtone. That displays what you have set as your current iPhone ringtone. Tap it to change that.
  • This menu shows you the list of all the ringtones available on your iPhone.
To get new ringtones, tap the Store button in the top right corner. This will take you to the ringtone section of the iTunes Store where you can stock up on new ringtones.
  • If you choose not to buy new ringtones, but instead use the ones loaded on your phone, the first set of options in the Ringtones section are ones that you bought from the iTunes Store or created using another app and have synced to your iPhone. The ones below the divider came pre-installed on the iPhone.
Alert Tones, farther down the screen, aren't ringtones exactly. They're alert sounds normally used for alarms and other notifications, but they can be used as ringtones, too.
  • When you tap on a ringtone, it will play so you can preview it and decide if it's what you want. When you've chosen the ringtone you want to use as your default, make sure it has the checkmark next to it. Then tap the Sounds button in the top left corner or click the Home button to go back to the home screen. Your choice is saved automatically.
  • Now, whenever a call comes in, the ringtone you just selected will play (unless you've assigned individual ringtones to callers, that is. If you have, those ringtones take precedence). Just remember to listen for that sound, and not a ringing phone, so you don't miss any calls.

My iPhone incoming calls ring but do not vibrate, but all other notifications vibrate correctly.

Strange. I would try resetting your iPhone. Hold down the home and power buttons until it powers off. It should start up automatically but if not just press the power button. This has worked for me in the past when my iPhone has acted strangely.
Don't worry about a reset or hard reboot. You won't lose any data or settings.

My Iphone only vibrate it does not ring, How do I fix it ?

Have you checked the mute switch on the top left side of the phone?
If you see an orange dot. Flip the switch up and your ringer will be activated.
Then you can toggle the volume from there.
    I hope that helps.

My iPhone 4 sound isn't work like the clicks when

The problem you have is probably a sound option problem. This is uncommon, but very easy to fix!
    To fix:
Turn on your iPhone Unlock it (put in passcode if applicable) Look around, find the app "Settings" Click it, and look for Sounds In Sounds, scroll down, and make sure that "Lock sounds" and "Keyboard Clicks" are switched on, and blue.
If this doesn't work, you've got a speaker problem.
    Have a nice day!!

My i phone will only vibrate not ring how do i fix

Make sure that there is a ringtone set and the volume is turned up under SETTINGS, then SOUNDS. Also make sure the ringer switch on left side is flipped up (towards the screen). If the switch feels loose, it could be broken.

There is a switch above the ringer volume. This switch turns the audible ringer to vibrate. Make sure to switch it to on. (If you are using a soft case, many of those are bad about hitting this button to off.)

Is your iphone in a case? If so, remove it from the case and see if that takes care of the problem. I had the same problem and removing the case did it for me. Good luck.
