All I could find was a Owners manual for this unit. If you have the pieces take them to a air conditioner contractor and ask them to find you a generic replacement blower cage.
You can expect to pay for their time.

Engine running fine on gas blower but no air blowing


The fan on these blowers is directly mounted on the motor's crankshaft so if you are not getting any air flow at all it may be for one these reasons: either the intate grate or the output tube is blocked off, the fan is locked up by something and free spinning on the crankshaft or all of the fins on the fan are broke off.
