Question about Washing Machines
Well i can assume that the washer is not draining either.so what you can do is stop the washer and if you have a wet dry shop vac remove all the water the check the main drain pump for an obstruction.if nothing is found in the pump make sure to check th hose that comes from the bottom of the tub to the drain pump.
if you still find nothin ther the you might have a bad door lock andor lid switch.and finally the main control board has gone bad
