I want to retrieve some fax confirmation record that I send out in September 2009 in my fax machine, I tried your suggestion and only 3 confirmations printed out stopping at December 28, 2009. Is there a way to go back to September 2009. This fax machine was seldomly used, less than 5 send out fax in a month....I don't put paper in to receive fax...Can you help.

  • Anonymous Feb 05, 2010

I couldn't print the last 30 activities, only 4 activities printed....I follow your steps several times..., could this be a printing report setup to allow printing 30 activities, or multiple pages printing?

  • Anonymous Feb 05, 2010

I use this fax machine ocassionally, say 3 to 4 times each month, for the last 12 months...so it should have more than 4 activities....

  • Anonymous Feb 06, 2010

I don't think your suggestion "setup receive" help at all...anyway, I also found out when I unplug the fax machine all the fax activities deleted....anyway to retrieve these deleted fax activities...?

Hi,

It sounds like you would like to print a report of all activities on the fax machine .. You can print reports on the following:

1) Transmit reports
2) Activity Report for last 30 incoming/outgoing faxes
3) List names stored in autodial (Numerical order)
4) List names stored in autodial (Alphabetical order)
5) Report user settings
6) Report Summary and memory information

To select reports:

1. Press Function/Set, 7
2. Enter the number of the report you want (i.e. 1 for Transmit reports, 2 for activity reports ... as detailed above)
3. For the activity report use left and right arrows to select "Print report?"
4. Press "start"
5. When finished press "stop" to exit

Hope this helps

Its possible that you have only 4 activities, this is the reason for this print report show only four activities.

Usually, some computers have an internal battery whose main function is to maintain certain data in internal memory. For example, PC BIOS information remain in effect for weeks when the battery is functioning properly. It may be the case for your fax.

    The
battery, to lose its charge improper feeding and/or failure due to
wear and aging, makes you lose all data stored in internal memory
    (date, time, historical).

If they occur it is not possible to retrieve data.

    Hope helped.
