In todays market it is not cost effective to have this one worked on
but have you or someone else checked the space between the inner tub and outer tub. i have seen a towel get balled up in between these tubs before and some one asumed it was the tub bearing because the tub would not turn.

i hope this helps with your decision on what to do

My 93 ford f 150 5 speed well not engage into first or second and makes a windings sound but will engage in the rest of the gears

I suspect that the box will have to be rebuilt
1 st and 2nd gears place a side load on the main shaft and clutch shaft bearings and spigot bearing the end of the clutch shaft
3rd gear is more to the rear of the main shaft and is more supported by the rear main shaft bearing
4th gear is not a gear as such but a direct coupling of the clutch shaft and the main shaft
5 th gear is out side the main box in the extension housing
any noise will be from failing bearings
I suspect that the clutch shaft bearing and the spigot bearing will be the main problem with metal affecting the other bearings.

Hotpoint wmf560 aquarius washing machine

BIG JOB !!! The whole machine has to be stripped down. Ie/ The complete bowl assy has to be removed from the machine, the outer bowl separated from the inner bowl, the main seal removed, and the bearings pressed or knocked out of the housing in the rear of the outer tub. If the bearings have failed , it would be almost certain that the drum shaft has worn and or been damaged. You will need a set of bearings, drum spider shaft assy, and main seal. If its an older machine, it may not be worth it.

How to replace 2007 streetglide transmission output shaft bearing. Can it be done from thr left side?

Never had a transmission output shaft (the bearing that supports the belt pulley shaft) fail. Are you sure this bearing is gone? The bearing that usually fails is the clutch mainshaft bearing that is mounted on the inner primary casing and causes a noise that can be stopped by pulling in the clutch and putting it in gear. If this is the case, then the bearing is gone. It is replaced by removing all component from left side engine. No need to go near the transmission.

Rattling noise when start of any spin.

It sounds like your main bearing has gone out. It's quite an expense to fix and generally isn't worth fixing even if you do the repair yourself as the parts run about $600 by themselves and it takes about 1/2 a day to replace them. You can't replace the bearing itself so you have to replace the rear half of the outter tub and the inner tub.

Main seal has gone bad and needs to be replaced. It might be worth it to you unless you are a mechanical person that you either have a company repair this part or replace the washing machine. The part is fairly cheap but the job is somewhat difficult. You can order the part at repairclinic.com

Rear wheel bearing/axle problem

1. There should be a metal tag on the diff cover, held on by one of the cover bolts. This will help you ID the unit. If it's gone then someone will have to look at it that knows these rears. If the axle surface that is scored rides on the bearing surfaces, is scored then it needs to be replaced. 2. the easiest way to know if you got all parts of the old bearing out is to look at a new bearing. 3. I can't remember the manufacturer (maybe sosmetal?), but there used to be a bearing setup that changes the position of the bearing & seal on the axle so it rides on an undamaged part, so you can still use the axle. Check with any local old style parts house (not one of the new fast food type places) you may get some help there.
Also... if the bearing failure was extensive, make sure you remove diff cover and clean out all debris from the gear set housing... any junk left behind can destroy pinion and side bearings!!!
