Question about Apple iPod nano 4th Generation
Have you already attempted to reset the iPod by pressing and holding both the menu and center buttons for at least ten seconds; or until an apple icon appears on the screen?
If not I would recommend that as your first trouble shooting step in attempting to resolve this issue.
