Question about Scanners
Scanner will not operate as the message error comes up ffff;0024 all in enclosed brackets my scanner is 5250C colour scaner .Benq 5250C Color scanner
The scanner benq 5000b light blinks, but nothing else happens... if
you have a solution.

Let me tell you my experience. I've read in one of these many contributions that a person, after many attempts, changed the converter and... IT WORKED. I did the same, as a final attempt, and it worked. Now then, I used a multiple voltage converter with both polarities. I switched it to 12 V, positive in the centre. One more thing: trying to recover my universal AD/DC adaptor, I bought a 12 V, 1 A converter and IT DIDN'T WORK. So be patient

This appears to be a software or communication between scanner and computer.
go for the usual re-installation of the software program being used, i.e paperport or similar.
try removing and reinstalling the scanner itself.
unplug the unit for between 30-60 minutes, to eliminate power pack overheating issues.
unplug the comms cable ( USB or other ) and re-connect.
