Question about HP DeskJet 950c InkJet Printer
Printer cartridges have what is called a TSR sensor in the print head. It is basically a thermostat to tell the printer if it is at risk of overheating the print head. If the TSR on your cartridge is defective the printer will play it safe and print at slow speeds to avoid damage to the printer cartridges.
