Re: I am having problems with my samsung fridge model -...
Does it freeze at all? you may have a problem with the coolent in the back of the fride which if so (depending on the cost of the fride) may be cheaper to replace, also the dial you use for selecting the freeze level could be faulty

you would need your fridge defrost sensor replace, check for ice build up within the vents of fridge section, best to a tec to come and replace it for you,you would need the sensor to be reset on your fridge computer board cheers
You said, You noticed there was condensation in my fridge and a strange smell
coming from it, also my freezer was cold but didn't seem to be cold
enough, I have a digital display and it was still showing -22 for
freezer and 3 for fridge. I turned the power off on the wall and when i
turned it back on which was straight away it shown -3 for freezer and
16 for fridge... I then noticed the ice cream in freezer very watery,
however ice in freezer still frozen? i pressed the quick freeze button
which eventually the temperature came back up but i keep getting the
exact same problem... Can you help. thank you. Samsung side by side refrigerator SR-S2025CVW
How old is the fridge?
You did all the right things!!
But this sounds like a bad thermostat. or a bad control switch.
Unfortunately it sounds like you may need service to do an hands on diagnoses and replacement of one of these parts I listed here! Let me know how you do! Or if you need something else. We do have very good sponsors here on this site that do repair work, should you take this course!
Depends a bit on whether the compressor really is running, or if it's just humming because it's got power on the run coil, but not on the start coil.
Have a careful listen to the compressor. If it's making the trilling or gurgling sounds that go with a working compressor, then your problem is probably one of lost gas. Fixing this is not a do-it-yourself job.
If the compressor sounds like it's stalled, the problem may lie with the starter. Replacements are usually cheap enough for it to be worth fitting a new one just to see if it works.
