Question about HP Pavilion zd8000 Notebook
Answer: When the notebook restarts, if there is a Recovery Partition a screen with the prompt Press F11 for Emergency Recovery will appear soon after the HP Logo. If we press F11 on that screen, a progress bar will indicate Starting PC Recovery and then the graphical interface of HP Backup and Recovery Manager will pop up with the option to either: a. Recover the PC to a specific point in time. b. Back up files.
