Question about Epson Stylus NX300 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a new Epson Stylus NX300 Series. When I went to print it showed I had no ink in the cartridges. So I went to Best Buy and purchased new cartridges. I spent $58.00 and I am not a happy camper. Can you help me. It still shows that my cartridges are empty. Diane
We try to steer people away from new Epson printers unless they plan on purchasing a professional model. The new Epson cartirdges have little ink and finicky. I would try power cycling the machine with the cartridges removed (unplug it for 30sec.) then reinstall the cartridges. If the problem persist call Epson and let them know what you think. If they don't help you, buy an HP. But but an HP that takes integrated print head cartridges or you'll be in the same situation.
