Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
The problem of sticking or non-functioning keypad numbers is usually caused by liquid getting in the keyboard circuit.
Although the phone can be disassembled and cleaned, and begin working again, it doesn't mean that the keypad will continue to work properly in the future. It's almost always a continuing problem.
My recommendation is to replace the phone. I've seen this happen too many times in the past to recommend otherwise.
