Header cracked on hayward pool lo nox h250fdn heater. need to replace the header. Please help?!

Headers on hayward heaters are usually warranted for 10 years, except for freeze or chemical damage. You may want to contact a local warranty station to see if you can get it replaced under warranty.

Error code lo and eo4

The LO is just telling you the water is below 58 degrees. The EO4 is the fan sensor. If you haven't used the heater for a while you should check for rat and bird nests then you can check your air pressure switch to be sure it is OK. The NT LN model will have the gas pressure switch in the same circut, so if you have the low nox model be sure to check all your gas valves and be sure they are on. If this is a LP heater be sure your tank is at least 1/3 full to have enough pressure to run the heater. If the heater hasen't been run for a while be sure to bleed your gas line also. Good luck.

Model # SR333NA e01r9

Try consulting the owners manual for these pool heaters. They have a very comprehensive flow chart that will walk you through troubleshooting step by step. This should answer any questions that you have and help you reach a solution.

Heater turns on runs for short time display reads 120 or so but temp stays at 80 or so

It is probably your thermistor. It is screwed into the header (the place where the pipes come out). To know for sure you would have ohm it out (I am not sure of the ohms of this particular model). If it ohms out ok then it could be the control board.
